These are the 9 symptoms of burnout:

  • chronic fatigue
  • insomnia
  • forgetfulness/impaired concentration and attention
  • physical symptoms such as heart palpitations or headaches
  • increased illness (colds, flu or hives)
  • loss of appetite
  • anxiety
  • depression (can be severe)
  • anger
